Convert your paper signature cards or electronic signatures easily with SQN's Conversion Services. SQN Banking Systems offers you several proven, efficient ways to convert your data. Our expert staff has the skills and resources to quickly convert your paper-based signatures into an electronic format. SQN can convert your existing signature database into the appropriate format to be used with our signature and image-based applications. SQN can also extract signatures from an existing database of signature card images and then make them available throughout your financial institution. |
Batch Utilities
Batch Utilities is a tool that allows users to scan signature cards in a batch mode using a high speed scanner, rather than individually scanning each card, saving time. There are two methods available for this process, autocrop and manual.
The "Autocrop" method requires similar cards to be grouped and scanned in the same batch. A card type for each unique signature card is set up with parameters pointing to the locations of the account number, singer name, signature, etc.
The "Manual" method allows for different types of cards to be scanned in the same batch. Operators then select a batch and step through each image. They can key the account number, enter messages and then crop the signatures.
